1. I still don't quite understand: is OPAKBOX about coaching or consulting?

Neither. What distinguishes Opakbox from people & culture coaches and consultants is that Opakbox starts where their work normally ends. Our strength lies in putting your projects, plans, transformations and strategies into practice and getting them started. That's why we like the role description ‘People Powerhouse’. The fact that Opakbox is still categorised as coaching and/or consulting, depending on the platform, is because there are simply no other, more appropriate categories.

2. Can I really set the price myself?

Sure you can. Opakbox is based on the PWYW model (pay what you want). If this is overwhelming for you because you are used to paying what is asked or at least discussing it at length, then feel free to take the following guidelines into consideration:

CHF 160.-/h Opakbox has promised too much, is not worth the money.

CHF 200.-/h Opabbox really has what it takes! We like what we see!

CHF 280 per hour Opakbox is awesome! This is exactly how we like to work together!

If these guidelines still don't help you, we will be happy to advise you.

3. What happens if I don't pay at the end?

Then the work of Opakbox is probably worth nothing to you and you won't be seeing us and our services again any time soon. And, of course, we won't forget you - not even in the future :)

4. What exactly is corporate community management (CCM)?

Corporate Community Management (CCM) is an innovative approach to promoting internal communication and collaboration in companies. It utilises the principles of community management to strengthen employee engagement, knowledge sharing and corporate culture.

Corporate Community Management at Opakbox

CORPORATE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

Focus: Internal communities within a company.
Objectives: To promote internal collaboration, knowledge sharing and networking among employees.
Responsibilities: Planning, setting up and managing internal communities, moderating discussions, creating content, supporting internal communication.
Examples: Internal social networks, employee forums, knowledge databases.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT IN GENERAL

Focus: External communities on social networks or special platforms.
Objectives: Building and maintaining an engaged community, strengthening brand loyalty and customer interaction.
Responsibilities: Moderation of external discussions, content creation and curation, interaction with community members.
Examples: Facebook groups, online forums, customer communities.

MAIN DIFFERENCES

Target group: CCM is aimed at internal employees, general community management at external customers or interested parties.
Goals and tasks: CCM focuses on internal collaboration (corporate culture) and knowledge sharing, general community management on brand loyalty and customer interaction.

Then it's definitely high time that you approach us directly and transparently, the Opakbox way! Without knowing what exactly is making you unhappy, we can't optimise our work.

6. Who tells me that I can trust what OpakBox says?

We don't just tell you this, we prove it ourselves with our work. With our ‘first deliver, pay after’ approach, you have the chance to experience our way of working from day 1 and evaluate it yourself. 7. Why is the team not presented anywhere?

If you're this interested, you'll find us! :) We are not hiding. However, this is not about individuals and dazzling CVs with breathtaking lists of diplomas and certificates, but about the cause. At Opakbox, practical (life) experience and the individual strengths of the ‘Opakis’ are at the very centre. After all, the superpowers that are crucial to our work can rarely be demonstrated with certificates.

8. What are the principles behind OpakBox's convictions?

We at Opakbox are convinced of the principles of Teal (Frédéric Laloux). Our collaboration at Opakbox, but also with our customers and partners, is organised accordingly. Our way of thinking is characterised by the qualities of Rebel Talent (Francesco Gino). Factfulness (Hans Rosling) helps us to find our way in our rapidly changing world. The Culture Map (Erin Meyer) reminds us to keep an eye on cultural subtleties and differences.
